BJ was always pretty quick get us on schedule from the estimate to the template and installation. The day of installation the guys showed up within scheduled time and were very friendly and professional. They were quick and precise but never in a hurry to just get it over with to get to the next installation. I also chose to go with their plumber who was more than willing and able to work with some issues that arose during faucet and drain installation, which was one of my concerns thinking I might have gotten myself in trouble picking too deep if a sink, but he knew what he as doing and made it work! Mirage installed our kitchen and bathroom granite2 years ago. They did a fabulous job. There was a gap at the end of the wall (walls were not straight) that they repaired with their “magic” mixture. No one can tell the difference. The seaming was perfect. 2 years later, we called because we purchased a new stove that did not fit in the allotted space. Mirage was here within 3 days of our call to them. They were able to grind one side of the granite just the tad needed to slide the new stove into place. They were polite, eager to find a solution, and completed the job in a short amount of time. Would we hire them again? Absolutely.read more

We hired Mirage for a couple major projects in our home. First, they removed a large glass block shower and installed a new beautiful one. Second, they leveled our kitchen bar, and installed countertops in our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an entryway. When Mirage Granite said they would arrive at 8AM, they were there PRECISELY at 8AM to measure. The pricing was much less than we were quoted elsewhere, and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. The turnaround time was about 10 days, but I imagine that this fluctuates depending upon how busy they are. They gave us an install date, and they were there when we expected them. I am an interior designer in Illinois and my husband is a retired contractor. We have done business with many granite fabricators over the years, and Mirage is at the top of our list. We only had a small job, countertop for our laundry room cabinet. Purchased remnant quartz material from The Yard and provided Mirage Marble & Granite with the claim number, Mirage Marble & Granite picked up the piece of quartz, came out and measured our cabinet. Mirage Marble & Granite Provided the cutting for the sink and quartz piece to size and installed it on our cabinet for a reasonable price. These guys were great to work with.

We had an amazing experience with Chip and the team from Mirage. They made it effortless to update our kitchen and the results are amazing. The team was super accommodating and allowed us to select how the pieces would be cut from the slabs.
While we were working with Mirage our neighbors used a different company and were sad when their counter edges were NOT mitered. Mirage told us mitered edges are basically all they do because the results are night and day different, and we agree! If you get a quote from another company make sure you are comparing apples to apples and that you are getting mitered edges in all your quotes!
A small measurement error was made in the fabrication and Mirage went out of their way to order another slab (on their dime) to fix an error that both my wife and I were willing to live with. A company that is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the work exceeds expectations is hard to find these days.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to all friends, family, and neighbors that were looking to refresh their kitchens. 100% in my book.read more

We first reached out to Mirage 2 years ago to ask if they did small jobs and had remnants for sale. Now 2 years later we finally did the job after going to their site to pick out a remnant. All communications were timely, very easy to work with, the price was great, BJ and the crew were awesome and the install looks beautiful. We will definitely keep Mirage in our contact list for any future needs.

Mirage Marble and Granite did a great job with the installation of our quartz counters for both our kitchen and bathroom. The entire process from working with them on the estimate, coordinating the dates for install and the actual instal were excellent. All team member answered questions and ensured the installation went well. We are very pleased and the kitchen looks amazing!

I couldn’t have asked for a more phenomenal experience working with BJ, Chip and the team. Their level of precision and craftsmanship is exceptional, and the same goes for their customer service! Throughout the entire process all appointments started on time or earlier than expected, and any questions I had after were answered quickly by email or text. The date of install was seamless, I was amazed by how quickly they were able to demo my previous counters and lay out my new quartz without inflicting any damage to my white cabinets. Great experience. From measurement to install Mirage Marble and Granite was a pleasure to work with. Went to Yard Remnants to pick the slab and then gave Mirage the pick up number and they did the rest. The install guys were professional and made sure it was done to our specifications. Happy to recommend them and we will use them again for future projects.

We redid our kitchen and the first stop we made was to Mirage Marble & Granite. Chip was straight forward about the process. BJ came out to the house, measured/quoted the job and told us how much granite to purchase. We got the slabs, got booked, and they installed. All just as we were told and at the price we were quoted. No surprises.
The left overs we opted to use to redo our bathrooms with the same granite.
overall very professional, very informative, and they don't leave any surprises.

The crew did such an amazing job with the cut and install. They were on time and friendly. They even made a cutting board out of the granite as a gift for me!

We have used Mirage Marble & Granite twice, and both were a 5 star experience. Stand outs are their staff, starting with Chip the Lead - the quality fabrication of the quartz slabs, the install and most definitely pricing. They were the only company that had not raised their labor rates in the past 3 yrs, like everyone else. They have a very high level of integrity in their business dealings and they will always be our go to for any future countertop replacement/additions needs.

Our countertops were installed today. They are beautiful! This a renovation home, yet the fine work by Mirage Marble and Granite updated and elevated the kitchens and baths. We met with BJ (the owner) at our home, after speaking with half-a-dozen other countertop fabricator/installers. BJ assured us that his team would be able to fabricate and install our kitchen countertops to achieve the look we wanted. He provided a fair quotation and a solid timeline for the completion of our project.
Within a couple days, Sergio, their fabricator was at the house with their laser system to measure the kitchen. We were able to work directly with Sergio on the layout of the granite, at their shop in Peoria, to be sure that the granite we chose would be presented well.
The installers, Chip and his crew, spent an entire day on the installation, making sure everything was perfect. They left things spotless when they were complete.
We are very pleased with the work that was done. The entire team at Mirage Marble & Granite were very professional and polite. We will have more work for them soon.read more

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mirage. They have communicated well through the process and showed up when they said they will. Everyone we’ve came across looked and acted professionally. Unfortunately they made a mistake (happens to the best of us) and cut the slab for our island a little too short. However, they owned up to it and replaced the stone at no cost. Thank you BJ, Chip, and the entire install crew for making our home look so beautiful before Christmas!
